Please send us a message for your reservation request.
Decide on the class content and date with the instructor.
Please pay the tuition fee to the designated bank account. In addition, please bear the fee etc. that occur at that time by the student.
Classes will start after the payment is confirmed.

Download ZOOM.
The instructor will send you a link, so please click the link when you book the class.
Please make sure that the camera and microphone are running on ZOOM before class.

About being late for class
Please note that the instructor will wait for 10 minutes, but after that time the class will not be held.
Cancellation of classes
We accept up to 1 hour before the reservation time. Please note that the latest cancellation will be for one class.
About network trouble
Occasionally, due to the internet environment , the audio is sometimes interrupted and the video freezes. If the frequency is too high to be a class, we will consider extending the class or alternative classes, so please let us know.
About next reservation
You can also make a reservation for the next lesson directly with the instructor at the end of the lesson. If you are worried about making your next reservation in Portuguese, please leave a message in English. We will adjust it here.
